For orders within Australia, you can select delivery using Australia Post or Mailman (Officeworks delivery network). Orders shipped internationally are sent using Australia Post.
For tag orders, we offer the option of standard and express postage for small parcels.
Please note: Mailman option excludes PO Boxes, Private & Locked Mailbags, Parcel Lockers and remote islands
Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment, unless specified otherwise.
When placing your order, please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are up to date. Parcels marked "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect mailing address will be mailed again at the expense of the buyer.
In the unlikely occasion that you experience shipping issues, please check your local post office (or Officeworks if delivery is via Mailman), then get in contact with us. We will try out best to locate it, however once your package has begun the shipping and handling process, we unfortunately will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

- Extra large beds: Mailman standard shipping - $12 Australia Post standard shipping - $25
Currently, we only offer international shipping to our pet tags. We offer tracked international shipping through Australia Post to most countries. After you've entered your address in the checkout process, you will then be presented with shipping options to your country. Depending on where you're located, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be received.

We want your order to be perfect so if you aren't happy with your order**, we will gladly accept your return within 14 business days after your order has been delivered.
**Due to the customised nature of our pet ID tags, we only offer pet tag returns if the product is faulty.
Change of mind returns
1. If you're wanting to return an item as you've changed your mind, please contact us within 14 business days after receiving your order. Just make sure of the following:
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item is in a "as-new" condition (e.g. your pet hasn't sat on it it, it's free from odours, pet hair and marks, etc.)
2. Once contacted us to let us know about the return, you'll need to organise shipping back to us (we'll provide the return shipping address). You'll need to cover the return shipping costs. We recommend selecting a shipping option that offers tracking, just in case.
3. Once we've received your returned item, we'll review it to ensure it's as-new and if so, we'll provide you a refund for the item or store credit (valid for 6 months), whichever you prefer.
- If you believe you have received a faulty item, please send us an email (with a photo of the fault) within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- We'll review the fault and offer a return authorisation number to put on your return parcel
- You organise return shipping. Select a shipping method that's insured and traceable. Make sure to send us a copy of the receipt.
- Once we've received your order, we'll review the fault. If the fault is as described, we'll offer you a full refund (inclusive of shipping costs).
You are responsible for organising shipping back to us. Once we've received your return, we will gladly offer store credit or provide a refund, exclusive of shipping costs.
